MC 780, the Marian Turski Papers, 1945-1949, contains Turski's correspondence with Barclay G. Jones, an American soldier Turski treated during World War II in a German prison camp. Jones attempted to help bring Turski to the United States after the war ended, but Turski emigrated to Canada in 1949. Also included are letters to lawyers and resettlement agencies in the United States.

Marian Turski, 1907-1990, MD, 1935, Akademia Medcyzna (Poland), was a Polish physician trained in psychiatry who worked in a German prison camp in Europe during World War II.
